We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase! If you don't love it, return it. You may return any product within 7 days of receipt for a refund. Please contact PaulaRaeStudio@gmail.com for the shipping address, and I ask that you return in the original packaging and pay for the shipping.
I'd really like to know what you didn't love about the art, to help me learn and provide even better art and recommendations for my collectors. If you would please add a comment about that in your email, I would appreciate it. I'm happy to discuss an alternate selection with you, just let me know in the email and we'll set up a time to visit.
Damaged Prints: We do our utmost to ensure that your art print arrives safely, but if your print has arrived damaged, I sincerely apologize. Please keep all packaging and contact PaulaRaeStudio@gmail.com. Please include a brief description of the damaged item, the order number and shipping ID, along with pictures of the damaged art and packaging if that's also damaged. Please note, that if the damage is not apparent in the photo you send, you may be required to return the product. I will respond within 48 hours, most likely much sooner, and I'll have a replacement print sent to you.
Damaged Original: If it's an original that arrives damaged, I'm very sorry about that. Please keep all packaging and contact PaulaRaeStudio@gmail.com, with pictures of the damage, order number and shipping ID. I'll respond as soon as possible, certainly within 48 hours and most likely much sooner. I will send you a shipping invoice to return the damaged original to me in the original packaging, and let's discuss if you want a replacement or a refund.
