Damaged Prints: We do our utmost to ensure that your art print arrives safely, but if your print has arrived damaged, I sincerely apologize. Please keep all packaging and contact PaulaRaeStudio@gmail.com. Please include a brief description of the damaged item, the order number and shipping ID, along with pictures of the damaged art and packaging if that's also damaged. Please note, that if the damage is not apparent in the photo you send, you may be required to return the product. I will respond within 48 hours, most likely much sooner, and I'll have a replacement print sent to you. Damaged Original: If it's an original that arrives damaged, I'm very sorry about that.
